Looking back my past, my worn old posing trunks and bodybuilding wrestling singlets, I’m reminded of how much hard work I have done. I’m in the Power Position of My Life.

Doing bodybuilding poses, it’s like resembling a compass that guides me through many aspects of life. It is so important that as a bodybuilder, to make sure I present my best with my well-positioned posing trunk, my muscles and my mindsets.

That’s My Personal Spirituality through the Art of Bodybuilding. Life is short. Do what you love, in where you are, with what you have. It’s important to live a life true to yourself. Surround yourself with people whom you feel empowered to embrace the Power of Masculinity. Cut off the unauthentic people who don’t bring enough values to your life (including those wet or dry pussies that have nothing else to offer in your life).

To properly build the character of a man, embracing Masculine Energy is the Key. I have seen too many “great” men with their potential being hindered or even destroyed by feminine energy or women, without they even realize it. I Favour Masculinity for My Success, because in these modern days with lots of inevitable challenges and stress, feminine energy is somehow fragile, unreliable, impatient and emotionally unstable.
Therefore, life is like a chess game, before the Queen takes the King, remember that, you still have two Rooks/Castles as your Masculine Brothers standing by your side, to assist and empower you to be a stronger Man, a stronger King. Do not abandon your faithful and Masculine Rooks just for the Feminine Queen.
You need to do better.

My Bodybuilding Progress in 2022 is like a Dignified Muscle God Arising in Me.
During my bodybuilding progress 2022, I have learnt to understand what works better for my genetics though training, diet and lifestyle. It is totally a different point of view from a generic personal trainer who just wants to sell you something to achieve his sales target, or who just wants his ego to be stroked by offering you generic advices. Yes, a “Know-Everything” type of personal trainer is good for beginners, but once you have reached a higher level of bodybuilding, you will need something more specific through a coach who comes to you to learn and respect your genetics. Do not just be a “product” of “their success”. Respect Yourself as a Bodybuilder with Dignity, That’s My Point.
As a Bodybuilder, I Arise for the Sport of Bodybuilding.
You may have heard that lifting weights in the gym is quite therapeutic. It can help you relieve stress (by showing off biceps on Instagram to boost your self-esteem and probably to get a hot girl from West Virginia, Mountain Mama to be your wife? Just joking). However, that is not what I want, because the sport of bodybuilding is my personal spiritual experience that is mainly for myself with extremely high self-respect. I follow my sincere and authentic passion, because this is my life. We must make our life decisions based on those values.
Bodybuilding is Life. When we are healthy and strong, we can enjoy life more with a muscular and healthy body, confidently in Posing Trunks. Remember, Health is Wealth, through the Sport of Bodybuilding.
Investing in Yourself is the Best Decision that You Can Always Make.
I always tell my students:”Not all people will stay in your life forever, most of them may leave you eventually. So it’s better to focus on yourself, which will always be the best decision.” The world is full of excitement and opportunities for people to enjoy and explore, but if you strive to be the best version of yourself, you will attract great people and great things to your life. Once you have reached that state of enlightenment like me, you will simply feel like those people whom you attract, are just “hypocrites” who desire the GREATNESS which is from YOU, YOURSELF. Life is all about Yourself, You are the Creator, You are the Super Star. Be in Charge, Make the Best Decision.
Don’t “Come” to Have Fun. Arise, Show Up and Dominate in Your Life.
Just like the Legend Bodybuilder, Arnold Schwarzenegger once said: “Having a pump is like having sex.” Therefore, as bodybuilders, in order to reap the most benefits of bodybuilding, it’s important to preserve your seeds by not ejaculating for fun. Therefore, don’t “come”, just focus on the Muscle Pump! Use the energy to achieve your respectful goals of bodybuilding with dignity. Do not be like a male Lion falling asleep after ejaculating, and do not let those motivational songs fool you by telling you that you are an animal/beast. You are not an animal, you are a Bodybuilder with Dignity, who is even Greater than a Lion.
That’s what bros are for, and you have Me. I forbid you to waste your seeds for pleasure or for the wrong men or for the wrong women in your life. Be Disciplined.

My Bodybuilding Progress in 2021 was like the Genesis of the Universe, from Darkness to Light, overcoming negative thoughts, embracing positive thoughts, becoming greater and greater!
During my bodybuilding progress 2021, I definitely evolved. With the evolved version of myself, I went through one of the darkest moments of my life. Memories are not recycled like atoms and particles in quantum physics, they can be lost forever. So I chose to remember the experience in an unique, and artistic way: I evolved to face the dark, but I was forsaken and died. The light revived me, I was then reborn with a greater mind, a greater physique, and greater control of my body, as a vehicle for me, as a soul.
I am grateful for everything and everyone in my life, good or bad.
Many people often complain about the bad experience they have, but for me, we should always be grateful for all the good things, bad things, good people and bad people. Because of them, we become the best version of ourselves. It’s like playing an RPG game, aren’t you happy and grateful that the level of the character that you play, goes up and up? After you win, you don’t blame the bad monsters or the big bosses right? Because of them, you enjoy the game! Even if you lose the challenging game, it will be at least better than playing a boring and easy game made for kids right? It’s just an example. So be grateful for every joyful experience, good or bad. Enjoy the current moments with positive mindsets and passion. Positive Mindsets and Passion take priority over Hard Work and Obsession. This applies to all walks of life. Be sincere.
Champions Train. Losers Complain.
For me, I totally see the good and bad circumstances as opportunities, to be the best version of myself. As the Champion, I always earn the respect of all kinds of people.
I will always remember what and who I am: an Alpha Hero with Undeniable Potentials!
Especially during my rest between different exercises in the gym, I would usually walk around and drink some water while enjoying the wonderful Hi-Res music from my Walkman. In the meantime, I sometimes would forget what and who I truly was. Then when I unintentionally got a glimpse of myself through the mirrors in gym, I would respond with this self-talk: “Wow, is that really me? Gifted Genetics with Great Height & Symmetry!”.

My Bodybuilding Progress in 2020 is like a Ritual, communicating with myself as a Muscle God
My bodybuilding progress 2020, with the eight mandatory poses are very empowering to allow me to be the best of myself. And, this is me, being grateful for all aspects of my life through bodybuilding.
I love my life. Training, eating, resting, meditating for every moment of my bodybuilding life!
Sometimes certain situations are out of our control, then we have to do what we can, with what we have, in where we are.
During this COVID-19 Pandemic, this mindset has always been useful. Another wise mindset is: “What is the worst thing that can happen? Humans are mortal anyway, so stop worrying and enjoy doing what we love, and flex that muscle!”
Bodybuilding is my Lifetime Sport!
Waking up with my posing trunk on, it’s my passion for bodybuilding that drives me to wake up and practice posing and recalibrate my mindset to make sure it’s positive and healthy all the time. It just doesn’t feel right when I skip a training session in the gym. Even during my rest days, I truly need to go to the gym to at least do some cardio training, posture alignment training with lighter weights.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I do often upgrade and update my knowledge about fitness and bodybuilding. I recently started doing some Self Myofascial Release, which is basically a form of tool-assisted, self-massage, to speed up my muscle recovery and fix my body postures to avoid possible injury, and to maximize my performance in the sport.
Bodybuilding does not only take 2 hours in the gym daily. You need do what you can during the recovery phase for your tight muscle as well. Otherwise, your body postures & flexibility caused by tight muscle can affect the symmetry of your physique as it grows, which you don’t want it to happen. That’s because you want your body to be the best that it can be. You do not want the other lifters look better than you in the gym just because you have not done your best.
Therefore, bodybuilding posing and other postures alignments exercises are very important even during your rest days. For example, as a tall lifter, I always have lower back strain usually after a decent training session and it usually would last a few days. During that time, it’s important to do some recovery work to relax the muscle, and the good news is it can also be done in the gym or at home with your Sony Walkman or Hi-Fi on. (Don’t worry, if you don’t have them, just use your iPhone)

2019 is a great year for me, training hard for every moment of my bodybuilding progress.
My bodybuilding progress in 2019 has always been about hard work, perseverance and discipline.
Continuing to work hard on what I believe in. Training strictly in the gym with discipline without giving up what I believe in. Feeling the pump, practicing bodybuilding posing regularly. Showing off my muscle built through hard work to inspire myself and others.
All these, make what I want to be.
Life is short, you have to make good use of every day, and make the most out of your muscle. Train hard, train until failure, because that’s where the progression comes from.
This is what I live for, Bodybuilding
Nothing can really stop me from doing what I really love. Even during the COVID-19 outbreak, I keep training in the gym while properly following the safety measures provided by the government. As a self-employed stud, I can say that I currently live in the best country in the world, which allows me to be the best that I can be in bodybuilding. “No Pain No Gain”, this saying sounds very common right, but it is always in my mind especially when completing the last 5 repetitions in a failure set.
