Admittedly, I started lifting dumbbells and doing push-ups regularly when I was 14 years old in 2003. Therefore, I fell in love with the feeling of working out. Then I started lifting heavy weights in the gym regularly and seriously in 2015 until now. What I can say now is, having pumped muscles always makes me feel so good, healthy and refreshed.
So MusclesBrock.com is, and will always be my own bodybuilding stage, for myself and for you.
