    This is my bodybuilding physique update on 28 October 2021.

    Passionately investing in myself, I don’t even stop jogging for someone else!

    One will never go wrong by investing in himself first. It is like a solid opening move in Chess or StarCraft.

    By doing so, you will attract the right things and grounded people to your life. If you sacrifice your time of training, diet & sleep just to make a new friend, whom you cannot guarantee that he or she will forever stay in your life as a reliable friend or a potential lover, it will definitely be a waste of time.

    If you are really interested in someone, just observe and learn from afar to acquire inspiration to be a better version of yourself. By focusing on yourself first, you will eventually attract the right ones, the right energy to your life. Then from there, with the better version of yourself, you can help, serve and love others better with compassion and kindness.

    As an Alpha Man, I am thankful for all the choices that I made in my life.

    There are endless possibilities in life. If you can see, read, hear and feel what is in my superior mind, you will know what I mean. I will do what I can. I will keep Grunting & Groaning and flexing my muscle to inspire you to reach my level of enlightenment as well!

    When I was younger man, I made lots of mistakes by following those beautiful fitness magazines which the publishers just wanted them to be sold in order to make money. I also listened to the so-called advises from friends who had no idea what bodybuilding was about. Therefore, it’s not about the attractive fitness models on the magazines, not about what you train to please others, not about your ego. It’s about the right knowledge and mindsets. Due to what I experienced, I have developed compassion for those lifters who need the correct knowledge and guidance to get bigger, leaner and stronger.

    Nonetheless, below are some of my FREE tips that I offer for all my readers: 

    1. It’s not about moving a dumbbell from point A to point B

    Unless you are a powerlifter or an athlete for a sport that requires explosiveness, you have to fully enjoy the pain and fully squeeze and contract your muscle while you are lifting the weights in the gym. That stimulates muscle growth or the so-called scientific fitness term, hypertrophy. That’s why lots of bodybuilders like me always say: “Training hard man…”, that’s what it actually means as we have the concentration and dedication of doing every single repetition while the others are looking at their phone screens, or talking to other members in the gym, or they just simply move the weights from point A to point B without much effort.

    2. Know when to cut, when to bulk

    The strategies are subjective depending on your goals too, but here is a rule of thumb:
    If your body fat is lower than 10%, you should bulk. If your body fat is higher than 10%, you should cut.
    Generally by following this rule of thumb, you will look great at all times with your shirt off regardless of how big or small you are.

    3. Learn to get your daily caloric intake right

    Here is another rule of thumbs, your body weight in pounds times 15 equals to the daily standard caloric intake.
    Then if it’s about bulking, your caloric intake should be higher than it. If you are cutting, your caloric intake should be lower than it.

    For example, if your weight is 200lbs, then multiplied by 15, equals to 3000 kcal daily standard caloric intake. That means, if you need to lose fat to get leaner to see your six packs, your daily caloric intake will have to be lesser than 3000 kcal.

    HOWEVER! That also depends on your body types, current body fat percentage, muscle mass, metabolism etc. As an experienced coach, I always need to see a current photo of your body before making any decision of your customized training programs and online coaching programs.

    4. Learn to get your daily protein intake right

    The same goes to the previous one. It also depends on your body types, current body fat percentage, muscle mass etc. But here is a rule of thumb, if you are beginner, aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. So for example, if you weight 200lbs, you should get at least 200g protein daily for muscle growth. For intermediate lifters and advanced lifters, you can go up to 1.5 grams or 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

    The ideal daily protein intake also depends on whether you are a natural lifter or an enhanced lifter. 

    The tips above by me, are definitely not from a personal trainer manual. As an experienced coach and athlete myself, I don’t read out all the theories from a personal trainer manual.
    Therefore, based on my experience on diet and training, I analyze my clients’ bodies, and offer what is best for them accordingly.

    It’s also important to eliminate bad habits like masturbating and ejaculating which drain your physical and mental energy to work towards getting the body that you want.

    You must be really glad that you have found a bodybuilder who practices semen retention with the knowledge of the Tantra Yoga. I’m going to share with you my fit lifestyle through bodybuilding semen retention and muscle worship.

    Choose to Build Muscle, instead of Losing Energy for Nothing by Jerking Off

    Therefore, unlike any other, to me, bodybuilding muscle worship is part of my lifestyle of being confident of myself and showing off my hard work and muscular body in my daily lives while staying disciplined through Semen Retention for Bodybuilding. Such as going to the grocery stores, training and flexing muscle in the public to inspire others. People in the public often express their admiration as the form of worshiping as well. Taking care of my muscle is part of bodybuilding muscle worship too as my muscles are usually sore due to training.

They were so focused on their crafts that he was able to control his lust and transmute the energy to achieve success. That is because when you have full control of your lust energy, your body, your mind and your soul will be so strong and solid that can help you achieve anything you want in your life.

    Below are the mindsets which you need to have in order to receive the wisdom through bodybuilding semen retention and muscle worship:

    1. Bodybuilding is a Respectful Sport

    Despite some say Bodybuilding is like art or a beauty pageant. However for me, it’s a sport that requires lots of time, efforts and hard work. It’s not something like you were born to have good-looking and solid muscle. Just like any other sports, firstly you need to love the sport and compete physically, and also mentally to be the best version of yourself, despite the limits of genetics. It’s more like a sport to me, and it’s a belief that you must have.

    2. Muscle Inspires You

    Silence is golden, focus more on training instead of chatting or gossiping in the gym. If you can find someone who is serious like that in the gym, he will be a good mentor in the gym. Every contraction of muscle can influence and inspire you positively to be fit. I have to give credits to Franco Columbu who was the Mr. Olympia back in the 70′ and 80′. He mentioned that you need to communicate with your muscle in the gym, flex it in front of a mirror after doing a set of exercises, grunt and talk to your muscle! Focus on yourself, do not care about others.

    3. Training, Diet and Recovery are Important

    Train, Eat, Sleep and Repeat. Calibrate your mindset, make good habits. Have good quality of sleep and wake up early in the morning. Have some food of carbohydrate and lots of protein such as breads, peanut butter, eggs, bananas and protein shake. Then you would be good to go to the gym for workouts.

    4. Semen is the Energy for Bodybuilding

    A single sperm can create millions of lives. We were once sperms, growing up to be humans. Therefore, semen is considered the main source of our existence. We exist, only then the world can exist in our reality through senses. That’s why it’s very important to preserve the source for greater purposes, such as bodybuilding.

    Do not misinterpret the energy and do not misuse the energy for pleasure and relief, but use it to create more energy to build muscle, and also build a lovely family.

    5. Lifting is Good, Wanking is Bad

    Though it’s quite subjective, but for me, ejaculation does affect your muscle growth, energy level and motivation level. It’s about overcoming your lust, be the master of your lust, not the slave of your lust. Keep your mind and body busy with bodybuilding. Wear a gym attire or even a posing trunk for sleeping at night, then wake up and go to the gym in the morning. Stay focused on what you want to achieve. You gotta have good habits to achieve the body you want.

    6. The Sacred Meaning behind a “Posing Trunk”

    “Posing” is of course about flexing and showing off muscle.
    For “Trunk”, according to the Oxford Dictionary, it also means: “The main woody stem of a tree as distinct from its branches and roots”. So what is inside a trunk that I wear, is basically like the main wood of energy to support all the muscle parts including my pecs and biceps, just like the main woody stem supports its branches. To understand this, it’s definitely not about having an erection for a bodybuilding show, it’s about transmuting the energy from “the trunk” to build muscle.

    7. Connect with your Mentor

    Confidently and openly admiring my muscle in the public or online is the greatest way to keep your mindset updated and to keep yourself inspired. The blood flow and my pumped muscle inspire you to have good blood flow in your body as well. Just like if you see someone is healthy and happy, you will feel healthy and happy too. Inspiration is contagious. Therefore, if you see a bodybuilder who is pumped with muscle and healthy blood flow in it, you will feel the same too and be inspired by it.
